How does it work?

Please take a look at 'Tree Hire' page. But in a nutshell; choose your trees, let us know where you want them and when. We'll invoice you for 50% up front and the balance a 6 weeks before the event. Then we'll bring the trees on your chosen day and collect when you're done. We'll put them in place for you and wrap the pots in hessian

Are all the trees you hire living?

Yes! All our trees are live! They are growing, living plants. 
 
Our trees are not perfect but we think that is what makes them beautiful.
 
This also means that our trees are not all identical but this adds to the charm of them and the ones shown on the website might not be the ones you get for your event, but they are all beautiful.

Question 3

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we will charge 50% of your total invoice upfront, this secures the booking and then the balance will be due a few weeks before your event date. The 50% deposit is non refundable even if you cancel your booking.

Question 4

Do I need to water the trees whilst I have them on hire?

Accepted Answer

Most of the time the trees will not need watering when they are with you. Most hires are short term or a few days. The trees will have been watered before we deliver them and will be fine for a few days without water. But if the venue is excessively hot or you have a marquee event in high heats, the trees will look their best if you can give them a water at least once while they are with you.

Question 5

I want to hire during winter, will the trees have leaves?

Accepted Answer

Depends on what trees you want. Our Olives and Bay trees are evergreen, so have leaves all year round. All our other trees are deciduous, so they loose their leaves in autumn. Leaves usually return towards the end of April, but it is all weather dependant.

Question 6

Do they come with hessian pot wraps?

Accepted Answer

Yes all our trees come with hessian pot wraps as standard. If you prefer something else, we hire baskets at £10 per basket.
